SPLA launches new attacks against Moroccan military bases for 27th day

Units of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army (SPLA) continued their attacks on Wednesday targeting the bases and positions of the Moroccan occupation forces along the wall of shame in the El-Guerguerat area, the Ministry of Defense indicated in a communiqué.

The ministry specified in its military communiqué No. 27, that “intense bombardments targeted, Wednesday, the entrenchments of the enemy like those of El-Faiaines and Akrara Ermeth in the Farsia sector and Amkli Etamat in the Amkala sector, as well as the Nekarat zone in the Smara sector”.

The SPLA also targeted, according to the same source, “the Moroccan occupation sites in the Tenouchad zone and Rous Esebti in the Mahbés sector and other sites”.

“The SPLA attacks continued for the fourth week in a row, causing considerable material and human damage in the ranks of the Moroccan occupation forces along the wall of shame,” the communiqué concluded.
