The International Crisis Group has uncovered part of the military confrontations between the Moroccan and Sahrawi armies, which began on November 13, 2020, after Morocco violated the ceasefire.

In a report released on Thursday, the group reported that the confrontations had involved several areas of the Moroccan military wall, in which heavy weapons were used.

It conveyed recognition of United Nations of the existence of the war, as a MINORSO official revealed to the International Crisis Group the occurrence of the confrontations, which resulted in the deaths of Moroccan soldiers.
